About the Ben Wiant
Ben Wiant works with professionals in transition to create effective job search strategies based on The 3 Doors Job Search – a foundational model to understand the modern job search, organize your time and energy, and design a plan of action to secure your next career opportunity.
As a former professional recruiter, Ben knows what happens behind closed doors in the hiring process and shares his insights into: what hiring managers are looking for, how to strategically access jobs, and overcoming the complexity of the modern job search.
Ben earned a Master Degree in Instructional Systems from Florida State University. He also holds graduate level certifications in Human Performance Technology, Program Evaluation, and Human Resource Development. Ben is active in the Triangle job seeker community as a guest speaker and presenter and for the past 7 years has been a facilitator at Networking with Nate a weekly job seeker group.
